A Lifelong Splash This is a much-needed story that has never been told much unlike other crimes, a story not in news much, a story that has never been discussed much, the way it should be, a story that celebrates the women who suffered yet proved to be triumphant. It is the story of an acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal, who was attacked by one of her family friends who could not bear the rejection of his romantic advances. It is her journey where she fought with her inner self to face the harsh reality and file a PIL for the acid ban. Her fight is still ongoing and only half the battle is won.
