Emily In Paris Review

Emily in Paris is the perfect watch for understanding social media Influencer Marketing which is the next in-thing for any marketing strategy. This is a very smart and beautiful series streaming on Netflix. The main highlights of the series are the beautiful and picturesque view of Paris, the city of romance, the beautiful Emily (Lily Collins), the suave Gabriel (Lucas Bravo), the lovely Mindy Chen (Ashley Park), and the hard to impress Sylvie (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu). These are the main casts in the series.

The story is about an American Digital Marketing firm that sends one of their marketing executives to Paris for handling the clients of an Italian Agency's clients named Savoir. The new American Marketer is a young, intelligent, and friendly Emily who falls in love with Paris and had to leave Chicago, her boyfriend for her career. When she arrived in her new office, her American style was noticed quickly by the employees in the office. They all started distancing her and on top of that not knowing the French language was an added problem for her especially impressing her new boss Sylvie. She tried hard to convince everyone with her marketing skills but it was not helping her to get close with the team. She started to learn the language and used her Instagram account to give a tour of the beautiful city of Paris through her posts. Within no time her posts started to go viral and her account was followed with a huge number of followers. She started to crack many deals with the clients by bringing a new perspective towards the advertisement campaigns of each client with her brilliant marketing strategies. She managed to convince some of the best clients which the Agency always looked forward to working with. She started to make friends and always tried to do the best for the agency. She starts to see a new life in Paris and makes her neighbor Gabriel to become her closest friend. Watching her make new friends in a city where she was struggling to communicate because of the language barrier is quite inspiring. The best part was accepting the changes without losing hope.

Emily's journey is full of a roller coaster ride and there are many scenes where you will fall in love with the locations and the stylish wardrobe of the cast. Sylvie looks stunning in each outfit and Emily's girl next door outfits are bright, colorful, and stylish. Obviously why there is a mention of the outfits is because it was styled by none other than the well-known designer of the show "Sex And The City" Patricia Field with her memorable outfits in the show. Director Darren Star left no stone unturned in providing us a treat to watch the show once again with "Emily In Paris" like he did for "Sex And The City". He played it very smartly with a subject which is so close to the Millenials. Overall it is a fun and pleasant binge-watch show with many lovely moments and if you love Paris, you will fall in love with the show for sure. Go watch it!
